We require a Chef/Cook to work Monday - Thursday and some sickness/holiday cover - Hours would be minimum of 25-30 hours

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
