we are looking for a new team member to join our back of house as a Kitchen team leader. whether this is your first step into a leadership role or you have previous experience in kitchen leadership our team will provide you with all the knowledge and training to succeed.
as we are proudly part of the mitchells and butlers family we adhere to a strict policy that ensures sucess and safety in all aspects of our business, understanding and enforcing these rules with yourself and your team is paramount, along with your kitchen manager you will hold key responsabilities over the team and the business itself.
some of these responsabilities will include:
assisting the Head Chef with food ordering, rota/timetable building, accepting deliveries. kitchen cleaning schedueles, leading our team in the kitchen, providing support to our chefs and guidance during busy shifts.
although a thorough knowledge of the kitchen system is useful, and any previous leadership experience will be beneficial, it is not a requirement for applications, you will recieve all the necessary training. a strong mindset, passion for success and a good work ethic is all that we are looking for here at The Grapes.
