As a Chief Engineer, you will effectively lead the Site Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance teams, your primary focus is on delivering both reactive and proactive support across a diverse range of production operations. The overarching goals include ensuring a high level of availability and output from all processes on site, shouldering responsibility for Environment, Health, and Safety duties within the maintenance department, enhancing equipment reliability and optimization, implementing effective cost control measures, overseeing the site maintenance budget, ensuring compliance with the site operating permit, and meeting other statutory requirements. Your expertise extends to COMAH knowledge and operational exposure, efficient contractor control, maintaining high engineering standards, and providing technical expertise for all maintenance activities.
