Our new Combined County Authority will take on devolved powers from Westminster and make the big decisions that affect and will lift our region, businesses, and residents. Providing the leadership and vision to develop further the strategic direction for our new organisation you will help make our region more prosperous, sustainable and fairer, and help our people and businesses to create and seize opportunities.

You’ll provide inspirational leadership and vision, as we build our organisation, and help deliver strong, confident inclusive growth to our region. Working together with a wide range of partners, businesses, residents and other stakeholders to deliver on our ambition for future devolution, you will live and breathe our values and put the long-term prosperity of the East Midlands first.

Dedicated to championing a positive workplace culture and with the skills to empower and nurture a new and growing team, you’ll be passionate about system reform and new ways of working. And your strategic and commercial experience means you’ll be ready to lead us on this exciting journey with enthusiasm and confidence.
