Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We’re looking for an established Chief Financial Officer to oversee the finance function and provide strategic direction at a pioneering, fast growth organisation. To date, the business has raised over $250 million in investment and is closing an investment round that will see a number of new strategic investors on board. With an exceptional Senior Management Team and strategy in place, an experienced CFO is now needed to guide the business through this exciting next stage of growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the CFO, you will be a critical member of the Executive Management Team,responsible for directing the finance function and providing strategic direction to the CEO and Executive team. Key responsibilities include managing external financial relations, building high-quality relationships with internal stakeholders, directing the annual audit process, developing financial systems and processes, and overseeing the company's capital structure.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Strong track record in a disruptive SME supporting international growth
• Experience working in a Senior Management position within a private capital markets-funded organisation
• Technical accounting ability with expertise in resolving complex financial reporting issues
• Experience managing mergers and acquisitions in a commercial organisation
• Business intelligence and communication skills
• Exposure to public markets and ESG reporting
