Salary We are currently recruiting for Chief Investments Officer to join a great project for 6+ months, that is ran by a Central Government Authority. Role requires hybrid working - 2/3 days per week in any of the below office locations: Bristol , Guilford, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Northstowe
Essential skills:
UK real estate experience - deploy capital across the capital stack (from grants, loans and guarantees to
equity).
Deep understanding of financial and strategic planning
Strong stakeholder management: including the Board, ministers, other government departments
Extensive insight into financial market dynamics & investment issues/ opportunities.
Experience of regeneration, development, land investment and public policy (desirable not essential)Essential Qualifications:
Chartered banker or Chartered Surveyor (or equivalent demonstrable experience)Benefits:
