Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)/ VP, Worldwide Marketing

Objectives:

• Strategic planning: Prepare, plan, and execute mid-term and long-term marketing strategies in full alignment to sales teams and their goals
• Customer experience: To prepare, plan, and execute the entire gamut of product marketing activities including all Digital and in-person programs such as tradeshows and webinars.
• Measurable outcomes: To have a metrics-driven approach that provides ROI insights relative to sales outcomes, brand reputation, and brand equity.
• Branding: To set and roll-out global brand theme, tone, and tone and tenor
• Internal: Work with internal stakeholders such as HR for all internal requirements, such as award functions, celebrations, and customer visits.
• Creativity: To be creative and curious to try new ideas and solutions

Responsibilities:

• Design, improve, and implement processes for:
  • Product value proposition
  • Brand and trade dress
  • Public Relations
  • In-person tradeshows
  • Online outreach programs such as webinars, roadshows
  • Metrics for success criterion
  • Legal compliances and trademarks
• Remain fully aligned with
  • Global sales teams and sales goals
  • Customer feedbacks
  • Internal stakeholders across Operations, HR, and IT
• Build, improve, and manage teams for
  • Product marketing
  • Digital marketing via third-party agency
  • Website and social assets

Requirements

• Has led global marketing for mid-size product, SaaS or DaaS company
• Wide global exposure to various customer and market sensibilities
• Excellent written and spoken English with additional European languages as an added advantage, not compulsory.
• Willingness to travel the world visiting our technology center and tradeshows
