Are you an organized and safety-driven leader in the demolition sector? We're seeking a CCDO / Demolition Site Manager to take charge of an exciting 5-month internal rip-out project at a major store in Coventry.
Your Tasks:
- Lead a demolition team, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project timelines.
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and equipment for optimal efficiency.
- Develop and implement detailed risk assessments and method statements.
- Produce progress reports, manage budgets, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
- Valid CCDO card (essential)
- Proven experience managing demolition projects, ideally in a similar commercial setting.
- SMSTS Essential
- First Aid qualification
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
