This is an award-winning professional services group which operates from several sites around the M5 / M4 corridor. Established and successful, they are seeking a new COO to join their board and lead the business to the next level of growth.

The role is multifaceted and will take overall operational and day to day responsibility for their finance, estate management, facilities, IT, HR, compliance, and administration teams; making sure you provide key oversight on all systems and processes. The role also covers adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements for the group, working with the Board in making key decisions for finance and operational activities, setting goals, and aligning all day-to-day activities to the strategic aims of the business. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for optimising efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

For this role, we are ideally seeking either an experienced CFO or Group FD who has had a broad operational role or an Operations Director who brings strong financial acumen, forecasting and budget development experience. You will bring proven experience in senior leadership roles within a professional or financial services firm that ideally is a multi-site operation. You will also have managed substantial teams across a broad range of disciplines and bring proven experience in a senior executive role, with a track record of success in scaling businesses, bringing strong leadership and communication skills.
