An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join my private client in Berkshire. T

Responsibilities:

As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for working with children throughout the ADI-R and ADOS assessment process, providing comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plans. Your expertise in pharmacology will be crucial in formulating effective treatment strategies tailored to each individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting ADI-R and ADOS assessments for accurate diagnosis.
• Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans for children and Adolescents.
• Utilising pharmacological interventions as part of the treatment process.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including paediatricians, clinical and counselling psychologists, educational psychologists, speech and language therapists, and occupational therapists.

Requirements:

• GMC registered Psychiatrist with a focus on Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Extensive experience in conducting ADI-R and ADOS assessments.
• Strong background in pharmacology and its application in child psychiatry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
