Your new role
As a Residential Child Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of our team, supporting children with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your role will focus on promoting their personal growth, independence, and well-being.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the children, families, schools, and key professionals to provide consistent and individualized support.
• Create a nurturing environment where freedom and choice are respected.
• Be a positive role model, inspiring meaningful change.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in residential social care is desired.
• Passion for supporting children with EBD and disadvantaged upbringings.
