Requirements
• Experience in providing inspirational and resourceful leadership in a complex operational environment• Strong track record in driving cultural change and continuous improvement• Experience in workforce planning, resource deployment, and performance management• Knowledge of digital transformation and service modernization• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills• Ability to travel frequently and stay overnight
