We are seeking a Child Care, Adult Care or Health and Social Care Assessor who is passionate about supporting learners in the health and social care sector to achieve their apprenticeships.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assess and support learners working towards apprenticeships in Child Care / Adult Care / Health and Social Care.
- Efficiently manage your diary to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive documentation on learners’ progress.
- Provide support, advice, and motivation to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
- Identify and overcome barriers to learning, adapting delivery methods to meet individual learner needs.
- Must hold a recognised Assessor award.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Adult Care, Early Years or Health and Social Care.
- Proven experience in delivering apprenticeships.
- Occupational competency in Health and Social Care, with children or adults.
- Proficient level of ICT skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Confidence and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
- Commitment to quality-driven delivery and continuous improvement.
