As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
• Providing holistic support to the children and young people in your care
• Writing detailed and accurate reports on their progress and wellbeing
• Building supportive and professional relationships with them
• Working as part of a team to ensure the best possible service delivery
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
• A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent
• At least a year of experience in supporting children and young people in residential settings
• Access to your own vehicle and a UK driver’s license
• The right to work in the UK full time without sponsorship
In return, you will receive:

The company also offers an incentive scheme; successful completion of probationary period you will receive a pay increase 2% increase to their annual salary, staff who complete their NVQ will get a 5% increase to their annual salary, staff who have perfect attendance and punctuality for a calendar year will receive a bonus of £250.00 and staff will receive a bonus of 10% of their salary on their 5th anniversary with the company. They also run a refer a friend scheme offering £500 once the referred person passes their probation.
