Residential Support Worker
(Day and Night shifts available)
Salary: Up to £24,200 per annum
Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
Contract/Hours: Permanent/Full Time – 37 hours per week.

A bit about the role
Bradbury House provides quality short breaks and long stays for childrenaged 0–17 years old providing a positive and stimulating experience for children with disabilities. In your role as Residential Support Worker you'll build bonds with children and support them with day-to-day personal needs. Working within your team you will help to maintain our fun and nurturing environment.
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to recognising the unique needs of each child who walks through our doors. Our dedicated team of trained staff, are equipped with the skills and empathy needed to create a nurturing atmosphere where children can create a ‘home from home'.

How you'll help to create brighter futures
- Supporting children to achieve positive outcomes for their future
- Supporting with taking part in fun activities, learn new skills and work towards independence
- Supporting with personal care, communication, administration of medication and clinical procedures
Let's talk about you
- A Level 3 Social Care Diploma or equivalent or willingness to work towards
- Experience of working with physical disabilities preferred but not essential
- Experience of clear, concise record keeping
- Understanding of GDPR, Safeguarding and relevant policies
- A clean driving license with access to a car is preferred but not essential
