I am looking for a Team leader for a children's residential home supporting vulnerable children with Emotional Behaviour Disorders and challenging behaviours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting the Registered Manager and leading teams in residential children's service


• A Level 3 or equivalent or in residential childcare (NOT early years or Health and Social Care)


• Mentoring and Leadership Abiliities


• Excellent knowledge of Ofsted, Quality Care Standards, Children Home Regulations


• Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.


• Experience and ability in case managment and care plans
