Children's Deputy Manager

Hays are proud to be bringing you this exclusive vacancy of Deputy Manager. This company is well established within social care, having 3 different sites across the Colchester area and specialising in emotional and behavioural disorders for young people aged 10-18.
The service that you will be managing will provide vital therapeutic support for children who unfortunately have suffered abuse in the past and now suffer with EBD and trauma. This role is a full-time role contracted at 40 hours per week, you will be required to be on call on agreed days and times. In your role as a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring staff through supervision and appraisals to ensure they continue to deliver the high-quality care that the organisation is known for. The salary for this role starts at £31k and any additional overtime will be paid at an overtime rate.
To be considered for this position, you must have children's residential management experience and be currently living and have a right to work in the UK.
