If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you!
We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Droitwich, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a 5-year-old boy who lives with his loving family and family pet dog in Droitwich.
He loves exploring in all sensory activities including fibreoptic lights and bubbles, along with anything musical, this may be musical toys or listening to his favourite songs.
We are looking for engaging individuals who are happy to assist him to enjoy his hobbies and interests, this will include attending evening groups with him to explore his singing and dancing or simply helping support within the family home.
You will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, and attending to his clinical care needs when required.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Essential Experience Required
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of Epilepsy & Seizure Management
- Nebuliser Care
- Bowel Management
- Driver with access to a vehicle
We have the following shifts available;
- Full Time & Part Time Days
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 4:00pm - 7:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:30am - 6:30pm
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£45.50 approx. per 3.5-hour shift)
Saturday: £15.00 per hour (£135 approx. per 9-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £17.50 per hour (£61.25 approx. per 3.5-hour shift)
