Children's Home Registered Manager

Social Staffing are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to work in a home for children and young people with Complex Needs in Swanley, Kent. The home is a 3 bed EBD home with the provider currently operating 3 children's residential homes.
The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff from Registered Manager to Support worker. As a Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to recruit and support the team with full Autonomy

What The Post Requires
A minimum of 5 years Working in Residential Childcare At least 2 year in a role supervising and managing staff in a Deputy Manager role NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) Must have a GOOD or OUTSTANDING within the last two years OFSTED Inspections
What the post responsibilities include but not limited to
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements Meeting all budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets Matching potential Young People with the current residents Ensuring Young People have a positive influence from the staff team through your leadership and management of the home Preparing reports and attending a range of meetings, such as review meetings with multi–agency partners, management meetings and Interviewing new potential staff for your team
