Registered Manager - Children's Home - Up to 60,000 - Hybrid

NonStop Care are currently helping to establish a brand new Mother & Baby home in the Bexley area. This home is looking for an Ofsted Registered Manager to help establish the home, working closely with the Responsible Individual and Director to strive towards a positive Ofsted rating after establishment.

This position allows the opportunity for progression, if you're a deputy manager or a social worker with an NVQ level 4 or 5, you have a fantastic opportunity to progress your career even further, which will ultimately help increase your overall work satisfaction

Responsibilities of this position include;

• Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure our children and young people have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
• Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.

Requirements;

• Residential childcare management experience
• Up to date DBS & licence
• NVQ level 5 OR NVQ level 4 with a social work degree
