We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients team as a Senior Residential Support Worker for Looked After Children. Our client is looking for shining stars to join their company as they grow and offer long-term career progression with the training and qualifications to support you as your role expands.

Job Description:
To lead, support and supervise your staff team and complete debriefs and supervisions with your team.
To provide a supportive and nurturing environment for the children and young people in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
To lead by example and maintain good professional practices in accordance with the minimum standards for children’s homes.
Ensure safeguarding of all young people underpins every decision made.
To form effective positive relationships with young people, their families (if appropriate) and external agencies.
To meet the emotional and physical needs of our young people and maximise opportunities for their development.

Job Specification:
Essential
A minimum of one years’ experience in working with children and young people.
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
A full, clean, UK driving license.
