Eden Brown Synergy has an exciting opportunities for Children's Residential Support Workers to join a growing group, offering residential care services for children aged 11 - 17 years with LD, EBD at one of their brand-new children's homes in Birmingham.

Hours: required to work 40 hours per week on a flexible rota, and able to cope with flexible working your, hours and be available for sleep-in duties if required.
Requirements:
- 2 Years + Experience of working with children and young people, in a residential care for children's home setting
- A Relevant Qualification: Completed, working towards or willing to undertake Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People's Workforce
- Ability to provide counselling to individual young people
- Clean UK driving licence
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and young people
- Ability to maintain professional standards at all times
- Ability to support young peoples in their daily routines in a variety of settings
- Ability to organise and lead recreational activities
- Ability to form positive working relationships with parents and outside agencies
- Ability to become an integral part of a team
- Good communication skills
- High level of resilience
