Our client, based in Hove, creates a welcoming and encouraging environment where students can flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. We have full-time roles for days on a permanent basis.
Your new role
- As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the health and safety of the young people is maintained
- Promoting and encouraging independence
- Actively promote and develop learning whilst participating in programmes & activities
- Working as part of a team and creating a positive, safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Organising activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Be a compassionate and caring individual with a genuine passion for caring for others.
- Be creative
- Be flexible and reliable
- Relevant experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
- Driving is desirable but not essential.
