Office Christmas has an exciting opportunity for aChristmas Events Sales Execto join their dedicated and enthusiastic team. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, in return, you will receive a great industry salary with uncapped commission (starting from GBP30,000–GBP35,000 base salary depending on experience) OTE GBP50,000–GBP60,000

About the Christmas Events Sales Exec role:

We are seeking an organised and highly motivated individual to drive our sales. Sales is what you love and you are extremely good at it. Your primary role will be to drive Christmas Party event sales, to service client briefs by creating breathtaking event proposals! You will find and propose venues, caterers and everything the client will need for an outstanding event.

Key responsibilities of our Christmas Events Sales Exec:

  • Execute sales strategies, including diary management, identifying new sales and partner opportunities, and proactive business development.
  • Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met and monitored consistently.
  • Collaborate with the Line Manager across the portfolio to deliver proactive sales strategies.
  • Contribute to contract negotiation and manage high–value clients.
  • Conduct site visits with clients, effectively explaining space options for various events.
  • Work with the Marketing team to deliver data–driven marketing strategies.
  • Attend networking events to actively promote the organisation's portfolio of services.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure compliance with group policies.
  • Support the Line Manager in any future sales recruitment.
  • Role model well for the rest of the sales team with potential for development into further team leadership

What we re looking for in our Christmas Events Sales Exec:

  • Experience is essential, you will have extensive sales experience.
  • You will have worked in the Events industry.
  • Independent Overseas travel (a bonus but not essential)
  • Worked for a Tour operator (a bonus but not essential)
  • You will have proven sales skills (ideally in the Events industry), and the drive to exceed targets.
  • You will have the desire to go well above expectations in your role and within the events we offer to clients.
  • A confident communicator, you will be happy to liaise and collaborate with the internal Sales administration team, and partners.

Please note our company address – we work in a beautiful, converted barn in East Sussex with limited public transport. Therefore you must be confident that you have no travel/commuting issues.

We do offer flexible/hybrid working, although you will be required to attend the office weekly. You will also be excited to build relationships and provide face to face client site visits and proposals, predominately across the South East. Essentially, a driving licence is a must.
