NonStop's client, based in Bristol, is looking for determined and motivated Social Workers to join their team. With excellent pay of 45 per hour for a 37-hour workweek, this is an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals in the sector.

The client is currently looking to find Social Workers to work in the North and South localities. They operate in pods, providing their Social Workers with a supportive working environment, their own desk, and easy access to support. As an added benefit, free parking is available.

With low caseloads of around 20, you will have the opportunity to focus on quality work and provide the best care for children in need and those in child protection. Additionally, the client offers the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

As a CIN/CP Social Worker in Bristol, you will be responsible for:

- Carrying out statutory duties and responsibilities within relevant legislative frameworks

- Managing a workload that aligns with your competence, qualification, and experience

- Advising and enabling the creative use of universal and community resources

- Undertaking assessments and taking action in situations where a service user's safety is at risk

- Contributing to the development and supervision of social care workers

- Concentrating on specific areas of work requiring more developed skills
