System Support Coordinator
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
As the Systems Support Coordinator , you are the go-to person to assist the Dealer Network Sales and Admin teams with the new Scania Quotation System. You will be responsible for training the users when required, assisting with any queries, and troubleshooting to ensure any issues that arise are dealt with and handled correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems : Gain and demonstrate a profound understanding of the Services Quotation System (SQS) and its functionalities, becoming the go-to expert and sharing knowledge within the organization.
- Training and Assistance: Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to both new and existing members of the sales network in utilizing SQS effectively.
- IT Proficiency: Possess a strong affinity for IT processes, with the ability to navigate and utilize tools effectively.
- Process Enhancement: Identify, propose, and implement improvements within SQS workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Portal Knowledge: Build familiarity with CRM systems and Sales Portal to enable best practise between all linked systems.
