What is the role?
To direct, oversee and develop the embedding of Civil Contingencies as part of normal service planning within the 3 Ayrshire Local Authorities, and to ensure that each Council is fully prepared to respond to civil emergencies.

The Grade of this post is Grade 4/ Level 12, the hourly rate is from £26.91 to £28.55 and the annual salary is from £49,111 to £52,104.

The successful candidate will primarily work from home with occasional travel within the South Ayrshire area. Frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.
