Job description: We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Housing Association in Yorkshire as a Civil Litigation Locum. Our client is looking for someone immediately on a full-time, mainly remote basis for a period of 6 months with potential of further extension.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling a standard general caseload of litigated claims – to include disrepair, possession and injunctions
- Matters predominantly fall within Housing Disrepair due to an increase of work
- Attending own hearings in Yorkshire on occasion (this is negotiable)
- Provide general advice on Civil Litigation matters
Hourly Rate: £35 – 40p/h
The client is willing to consider applications from Solicitors/Legal Executives with the relevant experience within Private Practice, as well as Public Sector.
