We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible person to join the Civil Parking Enforcement Team within the Economy, Transport and Communities Department. The successful applicant will assist with the day to day duties associated Civil Parking Enforcement.
The applicant will work under the direction of the Civil Parking Enforcement Manager to deliver a range of duties including, for example, dealing with parking appeals, processing Traffic Regulation Orders and working closely with the Enforcement Officers to identify efficient patrol patterns across Derbyshire, dealing with customer enquiries, processing new traffic and parking restrictions, developing the adoption of moving traffic offences, use of camera enforcement and the use of software associated with Civil Parking Enforcement.
