The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of design management experience in the roofing and cladding industry.
• A proven track record of delivering successful and award-winning designs for complex projects.
• In-depth expertise in roof geometry, drainage systems, cladding systems, and thermal performance principles.
• Impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High-level proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• The drive and focus to excel under pressure, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• A passion for continuous learning and development. (Ideally with a professional body membership like CIAT or RIBA!)
