Claims Handler (Customer Service Based - Motor)
Basic salary: £25,000

Are you looking for a role allowing you weekends to yourself, and 9-5:30 shifts?
You couldn't ask for better work life balance working in our claims team. You'll be a sympathetic ear to our customers, who have found themselves in a vulnerable position due to their vehicles being damaged. Empathise, take down repair information on their motor, and arrange the hire or repair handling, and claims process.
The role itself is easy, genuinely helping customers, fixing issues, and building rapport. If you are chatty, bubbly, and enjoy speaking to others you'll love working in our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the bookings of repairs
- Monitor progress and update clients
- Provide reports to the team manager
- Make calls to garages, and external stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with garages and clients
The role is mainly phone calls and emails – so a professional manner, an ability to
build relationships, and being customer focused is imperative.
Candidates from a hire, claims, legal or motor insurance background desired.
