Job Description
As Claims Handler, it will be your responsibility for providing exceptional customer service and relationship management for your clients.
Our Client, a growing Insurance Brokerage, is looking to recruit another experienced Claims Handler to work in their busy and successful department.
You will be working with many clients and will be involved in all stages of the claims process from first notification to settlement.
This role can be performed on a hybrid basis, between working at home and in the office.
Your responsibilities as a Claims Handler will include:
- Pro-actively handle claims within a delegated authority
- Review and maintain accurate reserves
- Work collaboratively with the claims team
- Work effectively with external suppliers, Insurers and Loss Adjusters
- Manage workloads and diary effectively to comply with SLA targets
- Build and maintain lasting working relationships with clients
- Provide market leading customer service at all times
- Liaise with Insurers on non- delegated claims on behalf of clients
