As a result of the continued acquisition of quality accounts, the need has arisen to appoint an additional Claims Handler to join the team. Here, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, given the broker’s portfolio is biased towards wheels-orientated business, it is likely this will comprise motor loses - however your allocation could be tweaked to reflect your skills, experiences and ambitions.

It is essential that you share this firm’s passion for delivering exceptional client service, possess a 'can do’ attitude, and share the company’s ambition to become the most successful broker in its field. You should also have excellent negotiation skills and be confident in your ability to secure your clients the best possible settlement under the policy conditions, following a loss. It is essential that you have relevant experience, gained within a claims environment (broker or insurer), ideally including some Motor losses.
