Salary: Circa 25,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Portsmouth / Hybrid(After probation period)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Our client, based in Christchurch, believes that the cornerstone of their growth and success lies in their dedicated workforce. They are seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Customer Service professional to become part of their team during an exciting phase of expansion.
As a Recovery Technician, your role will be integral to the Recoveries department, specialising in recouping funds from various independent sources such as insurers and third parties with responsibility for insurance claims. Collaboratively, you will work towards achieving recoveries on behalf of clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Retrieving funds from independent sources, including insurers and third parties with liability for insurance claims.
- Handling a substantial volume of calls and emails.
- Proactively managing outstanding recovery plans in compliance with the Data Protection Act and FCA regulations.
- Ensuring accountability for agreed-upon quality, performance, productivity, and contractual service standards.
To excel as a Recovery Technician, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Essential prior office experience.
- Confidence in engaging with individuals over the phone.
- Exceptional organisational skills, thriving under pressure with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and organised, capable of effective multitasking.
- Proficiency in essential computer skills.
