Class 1 Driver

Job Description:

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to their designated locations. Your primary duties will include driving commercial vehicles, adhering to traffic laws and regulations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and ensuring timely deliveries. Attention to detail, safe driving practices, and excellent time management skills are essential for this role.

Pay Rate PAYE:

£160 per shift Monday - Friday

£180 per shift Saturday - Sunday

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Class 1 driving license
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Class 1 Driver
• Good knowledge of Manchester and surrounding areas
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or evenings if required
