Pertemps Slough is a reputable agency specializing in logistics and transportation. We are currently seeking experienced Class 1 C+E Drivers to join our team. As a reliable and professional driver, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 1 C+E vehicles (articulated lorries) with detachable trailers.
- Transport goods to various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logbooks and paperwork.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and clients to ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading.
Requirements:
- Held a Valid Category C+E (Class 1) license for 2 years.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- 180 days of driving in the past year
- Excellent knowledge of drivers’ hours and working time directive (WTD) regulations.
