We are looking to appoint a teacher at Tipton Green Junior School.

Tipton Green Junior School is a 3-form entry warm and inclusive school that caters to pupils aged 7 to 11 years old. We are part of the Elston Hall Learning Trust which has been established since 2015 and currently consists of six schools across Wolverhampton, Walsall and Sandwell. The Trust is underpinned by the moral purpose to change lives for the better and ensure our children achieve their potential. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons to a diverse group of students, ensuring that the curriculum meets the needs of all learners. In this role, you will work closely with the existing teaching team, sharing ideas and best practices, while contributing to the overall development of the school's educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are creative, engaging, and inclusive.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students' academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and schemes of work.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships and ensure transparency in the learning process.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities and school events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for teaching and learning.
