The Directors are seeking to appoint an Upper Key Stage 2 teacher to join the Woodfield family of teachers, children and governors who have recently been judged to be outstanding by Ofsted.  As a large Primary School, opportunities abound for working collaboratively in a supportive and encouraging environment.

We are looking for a good/outstanding Upper KS2 child-centred practitioner with:  

• High expectations of children and a proven commitment to raising standards.  
• The ability to motivate, support and inspire children and peers by example. 
• Successful teaching experience in a Primary School.  
• Excellent and proven English, maths and wider curriculum subject knowledge. 
• Proven skills of organisation and time management.  
• The ability to work effectively within a team.  
• Excellent interpersonal skills.  
• Commitment to the safeguarding of children.
• Commitment to the distinctive Christian nature of the Trust.
