Unique School Solutions are working with a partner Specialist School in Rotherham (S60) to recruit a Classroom Support Assistant to work within their EYFS/Key Stage 1 department in their engaging and welcoming primary school.
This is a full-time, temporary, term time only position to start as soon as possible until approximately October 2024.
The hours for this role are 9.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday term time only.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is essential for this role.

They will provide a high quality of support and communication with their students and be able to work in small groups.
This position is working within a specialist school for children with SEND and physical disabilities. This role will be working closely with other school staff supporting a children within early years and key stage 1. This role may require providing personal care, full training will be provided on site.
Experience in ADHD, Autism, and supporting complex needs is advantageous.

About the role:
- Supporting teaching and learning following the school’s curriculum.
- To work in partnership with class teacher to ensure the very best standard of education is delivered to the children.
- To support children with learning on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- To liaise with external agencies and parent/carers when required.
- To be part of the wider school community when required.
