About the role
The desired Classroom Support Assistant will have;
Experience of working with pupils with SEND or adults with SEND Needs.
A passion for the progress of students with SEND in further education.
An ability to work as part of a team
An Ability to work strongly as an individual and take a proactive approach to student care and learning.

About the school
The school is located in Sutton Coldfield and easily accessible via public transport. You will be working within a Special Educational needs school with children aged Primary through to Secondary. The School caters for children who have Autism and ADHD. Youu will be working with a large established team, building strong relationships and working proactively on a child-first approach.
