Form of workWe currently have a great opportunity for a Clean and Clearance Operative to join our Voids Team, Property Plus, on a fixed term basis for 3 months.
We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Clean and Clearance Operative, you will carry out high quality maintenance work to the Group's properties and for external customers, as appropriate.
This post does require the post-holder to carry out duties of a physical nature other than light lifting. These could include one or more of the following;
- manual / extremely physical work
- working at heights
- working off site in tenants' homes (where applicable) and Void properties.
What skills and experience we are looking for: - Basic understanding of Health and Safety issues
- Ability to stay calm in emergency situations
- Understanding of customer focus
- Ability to work without direct supervision and work on own initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Good communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
