Clean and Clearance Operative

We currently have a great opportunity for a Clean and Clearance Operative to join our Voids Team, Property Plus, on a fixed term basis for 3 months.We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.The RoleAs a Clean and Clearance Operative, you will carry out high quality maintenance work to the Group's properties and for external customers, as appropriate.This post does require the post-holder to carry out duties of a physical nature other than light lifting. These could include one or more of the following;

• manual / extremely physical work
• working at heights
• working off site in tenants' homes (where applicable) and Void properties.What skills and experience we are looking for:
• Basic understanding of Health and Safety issues
• Ability to stay calm in emergency situations
• Understanding of customer focus
• Ability to work without direct supervision and work on own initiative
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Good communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
