Summary
The successful candidate will be required to have general DIY skills
As a General maintenance/Handy person your role will involve;
- Onsite Maintenance including cleaning, Painting, Gardening to Maintain Standards of sites
- Frontline machine maintenance
- General experience in Gardening landscaping/litter picking, painting plus other general DIY standard jobs as required
- Customer service assisting with queries/complaints
- Key holder, responsible for opening the site daily
The ideal candidate will display;
- Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Good Customer service skills
- The ability to work under their own initiative and self-motivate
- Accuracy and attention detail
- Awareness of Health and Safety
- Previous General Maintenance/Handy Person experience desirable
The role is part time for 15 hours per week 6:30am -9:30am on a rota basis, however the successful candidate will need to be flexible as the rota can change to suit business needs.
Rate of pay is £11.44.
The role will be subject to reference and DSB checks. Full training will be provided.
