£50,000 - £60,000 + Commission + Car allowance
- Due to exceptional growth, we are keen to recruit a new Facilities Management & Maintenance Business Development Manager, who is looking to further develop their career and join this family owned and vastly growing business, both nationally and internationally.
- We are looking for a strong academic individual with experience in the Facilities management & Maintenance sector and who has a strong ability to develop and nurture new customer acquisitions.
We are looking for people with experience in or selling into Facilities Management / Cleaning who may also have worked within the Security.
- Key responsibilities include researching and finding new leads.
- Creating relationships and keeping them warm
- Cold calling and networking
- Closing deals and working towards set targets
- Working closely with the Directors to produce regular sales, marketing and growth plans.
- Completing bids and tenders
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing current client’s accounts.
Some duties of the role include but not limited to:
- Professionally presenting the benefits to the customer.
- Prospecting and winning new business.
- Growth and management of existing accounts.
- Develop long term customer relationships.
- Achieving and exceeding growth targets.
- CRM Management.
- Reporting performance to line manager when required.
The Ideal candidate for a Business Development Manager role:
- Track record of Achieving and exceeding targets.
- Minimum of 3 years field sales.
- Strong solution selling ability.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships.
- Experience selling Recruitment or Security Services.
