We are recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic organised and reliable Cleaning Manager to Lead the cleaning department.
You will be Leading a team daily to carry out communal cleans predominantly around the midlands area, although there may be some sites that are further away, so driving is essential.
The role of Cleaning Manager:
Working in a residential and commercial environment. Managing a team Ensuring department standards are met. Using a range of cleaning products. Using vacuums and cleaning equipment. Planning of works to be complete for next visit. Ensuring all sites/runs are complete. Organise schedules Working alongside the rest of the management team Build up a repour with clients Responding to incoming emails/calls Handling department issues Hands on approach Skills and experiences:
Cleaning experience (essential) Full UK Driving license (essential) Management background Comfortable using word, excel, emails etc. Our Benefits:
