This is a full time, permanent position. Your minimum hours would be 30hrs/wk. Your days off would be Tuesday & Wednesday, you would start at 8 or 9 in the morning and do a combination of 4hr up to 8hr days.
This is different to other cleaning jobs. Our Cleaning Manager doesn't just clean, you also need to supervise and train the kitchen porters (KPs) as well as manage the Cooksafe paperwork for the kitchen.
You will manage the restaurant waste and because you would be part of the management team you would attend our weeekly management meeting.
