Cleaning Operative

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks at designated commercial sites, including offices, retail spaces, and communal areas.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a clean and orderly environment.
• Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
• Cleaning and restocking restroom facilities.
• Operating cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients professionally.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred. (Training will be provided)
