Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and dependable cleaner to join our team in Bristol, King Street for the essential task of maintaining the cleanliness of our client's venue. Your workday will commence at 07:30am and concluding at 10:30am, providing you with a convenient schedule.

You will be on an hourly wage of £11.44 per hour for the first three months of your probationary period and upon successful completion of this period your hourly wage will increase to £12.00. We are a living wage employer and will make annual reviews on this.

We provide unwavering support to our entire team, offering comprehensive training, round-the-clock assistance, detailed task lists, and open two-way communication during task completion. Additionally, we conduct regular site visits and stand ready to offer support whenever it is required.

Main duties include:

Our main duties include, but are not limited to:

• Mopping and vacuuming
• Cleaning glass on doors
• Cleaning washrooms/toilets
• Always maintaining the highest cleaning standards, while upholding strict health and safety measures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• To be reliable and responsible in your approach to work and customers.
• Have good attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team while following a clear daily cleaning schedule.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but full site training will be provided
