Anabas are a dynamic, national Facilities Management company whose focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers who look for a great workplace experience.

We are looking to recruit a Night Cleaning Operative to provide cleaning services as part of the night cleaning team at one of our prestigious client sites in London Blackfriars area. You will provide a range of cleaning services conforming to established process and standards of excellence.

• This is a full-time permanent position. The candidate will be flexible to work Monday to Friday from 7pm until 4am 40 hours a week.
  
• We are offering a salary of £13.15 per hour with an annual holiday entitlement of 28 days which includes Bank Holidays.

It is essential that the suitable candidate can speak and read English to a good level.

• The successful candidate will have a solid background in cleaning.
• It is essential that the suitable applicant have a knowledge of cleaning machines.

Main Duties

• Ensure all cleaning is carried out under specific instructions, systems of work and in line with industry standard and agreed specification.
• Responsible for use of periodic cleaning equipment for example floor buffer machine, power jet wash, etc.… this would include responsibility for trouble shooting, training of others and reporting of faults
• Responsible for the periodic cleaning of the building. Keeping aligned to pre-written schedules whilst maintaining knowledge of periodic cleaning techniques including floor stripping, sealing & polishing, deep carpet shampooing, power jet washing and other periodic techniques as outlined within the periodic cleaning schedule.
• Accountability for quality of work and tasks within own remit.
• Ensure all problems or queries are deal with in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance where appropriate in line with the service level agreement and assigned instructions.
• Any other duties which may be required within the cleaning scope
• Perform other duties as assigned by the cleaning supervisor
