A well established high end property management company is looking for a team of Estate Operatives for a luxury residential development that is soon to open
You will join a new team in keeping the development in great condition and your duties will be mostly focused on the exterior and grounds of the development.
Your duties will include
- General yard and common area maintenance including sweeping, pressure washing and polishing
- Maintaining bin and storage areas
- General upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas
- Reporting of any issues and incidents to management for prompt resolution
- Assist with all deliveries and collections for the commercial units including daily linen and food/beverage deliveries
